Kerry joined the team here at Bort Insurance in August of 2021 and is currently our Office Manager. She has been a P&C Licensed Insurance agent since 2016. Kerry had previously worked at West Corporation for over 17 years in various administrative and management roles.
She has over 25 years of various experience in the Customer Service field. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes it easy for her to connect with her customers.
Born and raised in Erie, PA, she lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and two dogs, Milo and Kona.
